Biota red/pink Montipora Cap Frag
Montipora sp. - This red/pink "Monti Cap" has been growing in our Biota Florida facility for some time, and we are now offering in-house grown frags.
The Montipora "cap" is a small polyp stony coral that prefers moderate to strong water flow and lighting. It is a scrolling/plating species that will form elegant whorls and plates. It is a fast grower and one of the hardier SPS corals.
Like other SPS corals, this coral requires stable alkalinity, calcium, magnesium, and trace elements for health and skeleton building.
